Return and refund policy
We want you to love your Tzäsi pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please email us at support@tzasi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
Please note: Customers are responsible for a flat $5 return shipping fee. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you have a question about a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
